Autodromo Hermanos Rodriguez

Afterlife was founded in 2016 by the Italian duo Tale of Us. Now a worldwide powerhouse event series and music label, Afterlife takes off on its Latin American tour in 2024. One of the stops on this tour is Mexico City. Boasting a stacked lineup with one of the world’s hottest melodic techno artists, Anyma, performing his newest album Genesys.

Just 2 months ago he released Genesys II which included many awesome remixes with the likes of Amelie Lens, Eric Prydsz and more. He is leading the wave of melodic techno with his heavy-hitting kicks and progressive melodies. One of our favorite songs from this latest album is Welcome to the Opera- Adriatique remix. The song takes you on an emotional journey led by Grimes’ captivating vocals.

In addition to Anyma, you'll see DJ professionalism at its finest with afterlife founders Tale Of Us, MRAK, Cassian, Kevin de, Vries Massano, 8KAYS and 19:26.

Afterlife is also known for its World-renowned visuals, leaving the audience in a trance-like state of feeling somewhere out of this world. This festival is a once-in-a-lifetime experience and we’re so happy to see the tour bring its art to Mexico.

Hipodromo, Mexico City

Closer to the Sun

December 11 to 15, 2024

Hard Rock Hotel, Riviera Maya, Mexico

While this is a reggae festival, the energy and vibe of this was too great to not be put on the list. The legendary lineup includes today's leading reggae bands and artists headlined by Slightly Stoopid, Stick Figure, Sublime, Iration, Fortunate Youth, The Elovaters, Eli-Mac, Tropidelic, Z Trip, G. Love & Donavon Frankenreiter, Boostive And legendary hip hop group Cypress Hill.

Immaculate vibes in one of Mexico's most beautiful beaches, this festival is a great way to end the year. In addition to the 4 nights of amazing music, the festival has a variety of activities such as basketball tournaments, balcony decorating contests, yoga classes, artist-led instrument workshops and much more.

We really like the uniqueness of this festival. It's hardly ever seen within the reggae music genre that there is an overnight multi-day community festival. You really get to immerse yourself in the atmosphere of positivity and self-fulfilling enjoyment. The festival also raises money for the surrounding community. Last year they raised $18,000 to help support over 46 local organizations. Cool right!? This festival offers multiple packages including ones with accommodation.
